スパムフィルターを介して特定の送信者からのメールを許可する

Exchange 2010を実行しており、組み込みのスパム対策機能を使用しています。

コンテンツフィルタリング、IP禁止リストプロバイダー、送信者ID、送信者評価を設定しており、ほとんどのジャンクを除外しますが、顧客からのすべての電子メールも隔離します。

コンテンツフィルターエージェント（以下のレポート）のために隔離されています。このメールアドレスの例外をコンテンツフィルターに追加するにはどうすればよいですか。配信アドレスの例外を設定する方法はわかりますが（「次の受信者に送信されたメッセージをフィルターしないでください」）、customer @ iinet.com.auをセーフリストに追加します。

ドメイン全体を追加したくありません。オーストラリアでは非常に人気のあるISPであり、私たちはそれらから頻繁に迷惑メールを受け取るためです。
