ファンRPMが0サイクルに低下するのはなぜですか？

Dell E6430にUbuntu Gnome 16.04をインストールし、コマンドを使用しています

watch sensors

温度（約70度）にもかかわらず、ファンは最大速度になり、2〜3秒後に0に低下します。

しばらくの間は安定していることもありますが、ほとんどはこのオン/オフを行っています。

ファンコントロールをセットアップしようとしましたが、何も変わっていないようです。

他の誰かが同じ問題を抱えており、ハードウェアやBIOSなどを非難しているが、実際の解決策はないというフォーラムを読みました。

Windowsで試してみましたが、そこで再現できないようです。

Sudo service i8kmon stop

またはより良い（再起動後も持続するはずです）

Sudo systemctl disable i8kmon.service

ファンの構成に何を使用していますか？ i8kutilsとlm-sensorsをインストールして、次の構成ファイルを/etc/i8kmon.confに追加することで、良い結果が得られました。
