RS232シリアルクロスケーブルを使用してrootユーザーとしてファイルを削除できません

再起動していたデバイス(CCTVデコーダー)を持っているので、LANケーブルでログインできません。 RS232ポートのみがあり、VGAおよびキーボード/ USBポート(組み込みPC)はありません。

RS232クロスケーブルを接続してTeratermを使用し、セットアップモードに入りました。すべてのファイルとディレクトリを見ることができる場所。 rootユーザーであるファイル/フォルダーを編集できません。ただし、通常のデバイスの場合は、telnetを介してリモートで編集できます。理由はわかりません。

ログには「読み取り専用ファイルシステム」と何度もはっきりと書かれています。そのため、rootとしてもファイルを削除することはできません。

ファイルシステムをfsckして再起動してみてください。 fsckの自動モードでは回復できなかったエラーが原因で、ファイルシステムが読み取り専用でマウントされた可能性があります。

それを行う:

mount

これにより、マウントされたファイルシステムと対応するブロックデバイスが表示されます。ルートファイルシステムを探します。例:

/dev/sda1 on / type ext4 (rw,noatime,errors=remount-ro,discard)

デバイス、つまり/ dev/sda1は、状況によって異なる場合があります。 /としてマウントされているデバイスにファイルシステムのfsckを実行します

fsck -y /dev/sda1

そして再起動します。

ソフトウェアイメージが破損しているか、ハードウェアが誤動作しています。明らかな原因はわかりません。これはインターネットを介してデバッグできる種類の問題ではありません。独自の調査を行う必要があります。

再起動の原因は次のとおりです。

  • バグのあるハードウェア;
  • 再起動を引き起こすバグのあるソフトウェア(おそらくカーネル内にあるか、少なくともカーネルのバグによって悪化している)。
  • ウォッチドッグの期限を逃す原因となるバグのあるソフトウェア(おそらくカーネル内にあるか、少なくともカーネルのバグによって悪化している)。

ファイルシステムは読み取り専用でマウントされているため、ファイルを変更することはできません。考えられる理由はいくつかあります。

  • ファイルシステムは読み取り専用でマウントされるようになっています— try mount -o remount,rw /;
  • ファイルシステムは起動スクリプトによって読み取り/書き込みで再マウントされることになっていますが、起動スクリプトにはバグがあります。
  • エラーが検出されたため、ファイルシステムは読み取り専用にリセットされます。

その他の手がかりについては、カーネルログ(dmesgの出力)を参照してください。

デバッグの主な方法は次のとおりです。

  • 起動ログを正常なデバイスと比較します。
  • カーネルログを見てください。
  • デバッガーを使用して再起動を分析します。

何が問題だったのかを調査する必要がない場合は、正常なファームウェアイメージを再フラッシュして、再試行してください。
