winSCPがディレクトリの問題をリストしていない

WinSCPを使用してFTPを使用してサーバーをFTPで転送し、バックアップフォルダーと同期しようとしています。私はこれを仕事用イントラネット（つまり同じドメイン）上のPCから正常に機能させましたが、オフサイト（私の要点）にセットアップしようとすると、同じスクリプトが失敗します。 FTPログは以下の通りです。

これは、GUIから実行する場合でも、以前にテストして動作するスクリプトバージョンから実行する場合でも失敗します。ログからは、ディレクトリリストのタイムアウトに問題があるように見えます。おそらく、ラグが少ないため、ローカルで機能します。

これがwinSCP設定（およびその場合はどこか）であるか、またはFTPサーバー側（Windows Web Server 2008 R2）であるか？

パッシブFTPモードに必要な追加のポートを開くのを忘れたときに、この問題が発生しました。

基本的に、すでに開いているポート21に加えて、ファイアウォールを通過する一連のポートを開く/許可する必要があります。

MicrosoftのFTPサーバーを使用しているようです。マイクロソフトには、サポートページ ここ があります。

これを行ったとき、制御ポート用にポート21を開き、パッシブFTPデータ用にポート65000〜65050を任意に選択しました。範囲は、必要または予想される同時ユーザー/セッションの数（より多くの同時ユーザー/セッションにはより多くのオープンポートが必要です）および他のアプリケーション用にすでに開いているその他のポートによって異なります。
