基本OS（Ubuntu 18.04）を完全に削除する方法は？
だから、Ubuntu 18.04をgnome3でインストールしてから、基本OS 5.0の可愛さに魅了され、指示に従ってインストールしました。ここで、 this または他の回答で示唆されているように、すべてのPPAを削除しました。ただし、ブート時およびgnome UIでaboutが表示されると、基本OS画面が表示されます。

LTSから非LTSバージョンにアップグレードするのは悪い考えです。すべての可能な停止が19.04および19.10。である20.04 LTSを待つ必要があります。18.04LTSに留まることを検討してください。
PPAで基本を追加した場合、以下のコマンドでそれらを削除できます。

2.現在のリポジトリからelementaryバージョンでパッケージを再インストールします：
