問題は、router.PathPrefix("/").Handler(fs)がすべてのルートに一致し、NotFoundHandlerが実行されないことです。 NotFoundHandlerは、ルーターが一致するルートを見つけられない場合にのみ実行されます。

ルートを明示的に定義すると、期待どおりに機能します。
