Chromeを使用したVisual Studio Codeデバッガーがlocalhostへの接続を拒否されました

9か月前のプロジェクトがあり、vsコードでF5デバッグを行うとブラウザーに表示されなくなります。

ChromeブラウザウィンドウでVisual Studioコードを起動するために、index.htmlファイルを使用して新しいシンプルなプロジェクトをセットアップしました。

chromeと表示されます：
