grunt documentation から、いくつかの簡単な調査の後、プロジェクトにgruntをインストールする必要があることに気付きました。私はそれを実行してやった：

    Sudo npm install grunt --save-dev

    npm install

私は同じ問題に遭遇しました。

npm installを実行した後、プロジェクトのルートにnode_modulesフォルダーが作成されていることを確認してください。これは、「local grunt」が配置されるフォルダーです。フォルダーがない場合は、npmの構成npm config lsを確認し、global=falseがあることを確認してください。
