join fetchの代わりに通常のjoinを使用します（ところで、デフォルトではinnerです）：

結合フェッチが必要なため、フェッチを削除するだけでは十分ではありません。

代わりに、カウントクエリを指定する必要があります。

結果をページ分割すると仮定すると、idをパラメーターとして受け取り、指定した問題を引き起こすjpaクエリがあり、2番目のクエリはcountクエリを追加することでこれを解決します。

注意： fk_fieldは、1対多のrlnを持つtableAの属性です。カウントクエリは結合フェッチを使用しません。
