angular JSですべてのチェックボックスを選択します

1つのチェックボックスですべてのチェックボックスを選択しようとしています。しかし、それを行う方法は？

これは私のHTMLです：

ng-controllerとng-appとangular.moduleのコンテナdivがありません。
