Python easy_installで「permission denied」エラーが発生するのはなぜですか？

私はUbuntuの初心者で、Pythonライブラリをインストールするときにソースファイルを処理する必要がないように、pythonのeasy_installをインストールしようとしています。

以下を実行しましたが、正しいアプリケーションをインストールしているようです：

Sudo apt-get install python-setuptools

ただし、easy_install sqlalchemyまたはeasy_install pysqlite3を実行すると、機能しません。

access to this machine, you may wish to choose a different installation
directory, preferably one that is listed in your PYTHONPATH environment
variable.
