理由はわかりませんが、cocoapodsが作成するアプリのPods- [AppName] .debug.xcconfigファイルを開くと、OTHER_LDFLAGSが見つかり、フレームワークでリンクしている同じフレームワークへのリンクが表示されます。したがって、-framework [Duplicated framework]を削除すると、警告は消えます。
