ITableViewStylePlain：プレーンテーブルビュー。セクションヘッダーまたはフッターはインラインセパレータとして表示され、テーブルビューがスクロールされるとフロートします。

ITableViewStyleGrouped：セクションが異なる行のグループを表示するテーブルビュー。セクションのヘッダーとフッターはフロートしません。
