バグは次のコールバックにありました：
- (void)application:(UIApplication *)application didReceiveRemoteNotification:(NSDictionary *)userInfo fetchCompletionHandler:(void (^)(UIBackgroundFetchResult result))completionHandler
completionHandlerを2回呼び出すと、クラッシュが発生します。これはiOS8以降で発生します。
