UICollectionViewの中央にあるセルのindexPathを取得する方法

indexPathの途中でcellのUICollectionViewを見つけるにはどうすればよいですか？

水平スクロールがあり、大きなcellが1つだけ表示されています（側面にある他の2つのcellsも部分的に表示されています）。中心にあるcell（つまり、現在のcell）に触れずに削除する必要があります。
