「PATH」環境変数にMavenホームパスを追加した場合は、ターミナル/ cmdを入力できます。

mvn --help

そうでない場合は、最初にmaven binパスを「PATH」変数に追加します。

Windows：

Go to System Properties -> Advanced -> Environment variables

そして、PATH変数の最後にmaven binディレクトリパスを追加します。

Unix/Linux：

export PATH=/your_path/Apache-maven-VERSION/bin:$PATH
