AndroidでRGBカラーを設定する方法は？

text1.setBackgroundColor(Color.rgb(r,g,b));を使用してテキストの背景色を設定しようとしています

赤、緑、青の値は、データベースの値iセットr=128,g=255,b=128に基づいてプログラムから取得されました
