JUnit 5でのspring-boot-starter-test

2.0.6でspring-boot-starter-testを使用すると、JUnit 4の依存関係が生じます。どうすればspring-boot-starter-test（Gradle経由）を使用できますが、代わりにJUnit 4依存関係を使用せずにJUnit 5を使用できますか？

10か月後、Gradle 5.4.1、Spring Boot 2.1.7.RELEASE、およびJUnit 5.5.1を使用して、他の回答とは異なる依存関係を使用していることがわかりました。また、個々のアーティファクトではなく、集約アーティファクトを含める方が良いことがわかりました。
