Spring BootアプリケーションでHTTPStrict Transport Security（HSTS）を有効にする

記事 https://docs.spring.io/spring-security/site/docs/4.0.2.RELEASE/reference/html/headers.html#headers-hsts に従ってHSTSを有効にしましたSpringBootアプリケーションのヘッダー。必要な変更を加えたにもかかわらず、Strict-Transport-Securityヘッダーが応答に表示されていません。
