私は問題を見つけました：Eclipseは依存関係を適切に示しましたが、クラスが実際には存在しないようだったので、手動で実行しようとしたので、実行すると：

mvn clean install

私はMavenからこのエラーを受け取りました

error reading /home/pablo/.m2/repository/org/postgresql/postgresql/42.2.5/postgresql-42.2.5.jar; invalid LOC header (bad signature)

したがって、エラーの原因は、Mavenが破損したバージョンのjarをダウンロードしたことです。

新しいダウンロードを強制するためにそれを削除すると、問題が修正されました。
