Jestはインストールされていますが、おそらく./node_modules/.binディレクトリにあります。これをコマンド./node_modules/.bin/jest --updateSnapshotに追加できます。 package.jsonにjestコマンドとしてscriptsが既にあるので、npm test -- --updateSnapshotで実行することもできます。 npmは自動的に./node_modules/.binをパスに追加します。

Node_modulesを削除してnpm installを再度実行するとこれが修正されましたまた、「新規」npm ciコマンドは、ノードモジュールを削除（またはクリア）し、毎回クリーンインストールを実行し、さらにnode_modulesを手動で削除して再インストールする

私の場合、npmは何らかの理由でjestコマンドをインストールしませんでした。

これを修正するには：

  1. node_modules/jestディレクトリを削除しました
  2. npm installを再実行し、jestコマンドをインストールしました。
