別のファイルでAngular JSの定数を定義する方法

Angular JS appのいくつかの定数を書きたいのですが、別のファイルに書き込んでアクセスしたいのですが。

私はこのようにIIFE（Immediately Invoked Function Expression）を試してみましたが、

constants.js
