クラス宣言内で必要な場合は、propTypesを静的ゲッターとして定義する必要があります。

また、prop-types、notreactからプロップタイプをインポートすることをお勧めします。そうしないと、コンソールに警告が表示されます（ React 16 ）の準備：

問題は eslint-plugin-react にあるようです。

クラス内の任意の場所での破壊によって名前付きオブジェクトに注釈を付けた場合、propTypesで言及された小道具を正しく検出できません。
