React CORSでのフェッチの問題

私はCORSを初めて使用しますが、次の問題があります。

-私はcreate-react-app（ポート3000）を使用して、REST Spring boot（port 8080）で行われたサービスを呼び出します。JWT認証をREST APIなので、他のものを呼び出す前に認証する必要があります。
