私はついに問題を理解しました。

tsdを介してタイプを一度インストールし、次にtypingsを介してタイプをインストールしましたが、これによりタイプが重複していました。

問題を解決するために@ typesフォルダを削除しました。

他の誰かがこれに遭遇した場合に備えて、@types/reactパッケージと@types/react-domパッケージの間に不一致があったときにもこのエラーが発生しました。 @types/reactに自動的に含まれるためpackage.jsonの@types/react-domエントリを削除することになりました。
