Webpack inject.preload.jsファイルが見つかりません

Question

WebpackでVue/Typscriptを使用します。そして、ページを開くたびにinject.preload.jsはGET blob:http://URL/1fbc0606-8477-416b-a45f-50b4d824f2bb 0 ()のようなエラーをスローし、それがどこから来たのか、何かが注入された理由がわかりません。

Google Chromeシークレットモードでテストし、Firfoxではエラーは発生しませんでした。

このエラーが発生する理由を調べるにはどうすればよいですか？

エラーはAdBlock拡張が原因で発生します。確認するには、完全 chrome：// extensions/urlの拡張機能を無効にします。
