プリンターを追加するためにrootを必要としない

ユーザーが新しいプリンターを追加したいとき、それはルートパスワードを求めています。私はLTSP環境を使用しており、システムは常にrootパスワードを要求しています。 Sudoされたユーザーのパスワードを要求することもありません。特定のユーザーにプリンターの追加/編集/削除を許可し、他の特別なアクセスを許可しない方法はありますか？
