Apacheは「/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.confの構文エラー：無効なコマンド 'remove'」で始まります

変更後php.ini最大ファイルアップロードサイズと最大投稿サイズ。Apacheを再起動すると、タイトルにエラーが表示されます。どうして？そしてそれを解決する方法は？
