これはブーストのバグです。これを修正するには、ファイルを開きますlib/coroutine/build/Jamfile.v2そしてこの行を置き換えます：

explicit yield_sources ;

これで：

explicit allocator_sources ;

またはバグ修正リリースを待ちます。
