PostfixのSMTPクライアントでTLSを有効にする必要があります。これは、メッセージMust issue a STARTTLS commandで示されています。

/etc/postfix/main.cfでは、次のようなものが必要です。

smtp_tls_policy_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/tls_policy

そして/etc/postfix/tls_policy：

[smtp.gmail.com]:587 encrypt

tls_policyの左側は、main.cfのrelayhostエントリと正確に同じである必要があります。
