  1. Ubuntuのバージョンが古くなっているからです。つまり、システムが古すぎるため、Ubuntuはセキュリティサポートを提供していません。ソースリストの不正なリポジトリを無効にしてから、再度aptを実行する必要があります。

  2. apt-updateはシステムをアップグレードしません。システム内のリポジトリのみを更新します。別のUbuntuバージョンにアップグレードする必要がある場合は、do-release-upgradeを実行します。それ以外の場合は、apt-upgrade -yを実行してシステムパッケージをアップグレードします。もちろん、Sudoユーザーでない場合はrootを実行してください。
