コメントに基づいて、XwidgetsとCairoを動作させました。これが私がしたことです：

Gtk3ライブラリをインストールします：Sudo apt-get install libgtk-3-dev libwebkitgtk-3.0-dev

./configure --with-cairo --with-xwidgets --with-x-toolkit=gtk3で構成します
