ほとんどの回答が示唆しているapt-get upgradeについては気分が悪いです。

これは主に2つの理由によるものです。

A.すべてのパッケージをアップグレードする必要がないのに、なぜアップグレードするのですか。

B.アップグレードされたすべてのパッケージが、すでにインストールされているパッケージほど効率的に機能するわけではありません。

ターミナルを使用して、以下を使用することをお勧めします。

Sudo apt-get install vlc

ここで、vlc-noxのような満たされていない依存関係を取得するとします。

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
