SwiftUIのListビューでセパレーターを削除したり、セパレーターインセットを調整したりする方法はありますか？

UIKitではそれは

tableView.separatorStyle = .none

そして

tableview.separatorInset = UIEdgeInsets(top: 0, left: 18, bottom: 0, right: 18)
