Macportsを更新できません（Mac OS X Mavericksを使用）

同じ問題がありました。 Xcodeコマンドラインユーティリティが以前にインストールされていると仮定しています。 XCODEを起動して、構成を完了させてください。ここでportコマンドを再実行すると、正常に機能するはずです。
