ユーザーのバックアップ/復元/パスワード/特権

あるサーバーから別のサーバーに移動していますが、MySQLサーバーからすべてのデータベース+ユーザー/特権/パスワードをバックアップしたいと考えています。 mysqldumpを使用してデータベースをバックアップすることがわかりましたが、すべてのユーザーと特定の権限をバックアップする方法がわかりません。これを達成する方法はありますか、またはこれを新しいサーバーに新しく設定する必要がありますか？
