MySQL 500%のCPU使用率とクラッシュサーバー

私の専用サーバーはXEON E3 1240 V3 8 GB DDR3 1 TB HDD SATA(4コア@ 3.4 GHz)で、数日間しか使用せず、約20の移行を完了しましたwordpressサイト(各データベースのサイズは約50MBから150MB)サーバーはmysqldからのCPU使用率が一貫して500%以上であり、httpdサービスがクラッシュし、Webサイトをロードできませんでした。
