PHPMyAdmin未定義インデックス：行

PhpMyAdminを使用すると、以下のエラーが発生します。テーブルを作成するたびに発生します。

これは、PHPMyAdminの1つのDatadaseでのみ発生し、他のポップアップではエラーは発生しません。

新しいテーブルを追加するたびにエラーが引き続き発生するので、すべてのテーブルを削除してもう一度実行しました。

この問題は、テーブルに大文字が含まれていることが原因でした。テーブル名とフィールド名の両方をすべて小文字に切り替えたところ、問題は解決しました。
