PHP 5.5のRPMをインストールする必要がありました。

rpm -Uvh https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm
rpm -Uvh https://mirror.webtatic.com/yum/el7/webtatic-release.rpm

次に実行します：

Sudo yum install php55w-mysqlnd.x86_64
