テーブルからプロファイルを削除する必要があるようです。 I.E.

netsh LAN> delete "LAN接続のプロファイル"

この前に、LANの構成情報を保存する必要があります。それを追加し直したい場合は、XMLファイルとして保存してから、追加し直してください

netsh LAN> ADD file-name = "profile1.XML" interface = "ローカルエリア接続"
