Pptpクライアントのネットマスクが間違っています...これらはポイントツーポイントリンクであるため、pptpオプションで255.255.255.255のネットマスクを設定します。これを行った後、クライアントはpptpサーバーを指すデフォルトを使用します。
これが今壊れている理由は、クライアントがARPを介して互いに到達可能であると見なしているためです(両方とも10.0.0.0/255.0.0.0ネットワーク上にあるため)。ただし、pptpには使用するMACアドレスがありません。
