iOSでURLデコードする方法-Objective C

StringByReplacingPercentEscapesUsingEncodingメソッドは、％文字、つまり+文字で始まらない特別なシンボルをデコードしていないため、正しく機能していません。 iOSでこれを行うより良い方法を知っている人はいますか？
