UITableviewにはUIViewが含まれているため、以下のコード行を使用して角を丸くします。また、tableviewメソッド内のコード行の下にこれを書いてください

cell.contentView.layer.cornerRadius = 5;
cell.contentView.layer.masksToBounds = YES;
