オプション-D WITH_IPP = OFFをbefore cmakeコマンドに追加します。

これは、Ubuntu 14.04のOpenCV 3.1で機能しました。
Ippicvには依存関係の問題があると思います。 WITH_IPPおよびINSTALL_CREATE_DISTRIBをオンにする必要があります。再構築してリンクを更新します。
cmake -DWITH_IPP=ON -DINSTALL_CREATE_DISTRIB=ON . && make -j $(nproc) && make install

最初にopenjdkを削除します
Sudo apt-get autoremove openjdk-*-jre
次のコマンドで新しいjdkをインストールします

OpenCVのインストール中
1.基本的な開発環境をインストールする
Sudo apt-get install build-essential cmake pkg-config
2. opencv依存関係をインストールします。 ubuntu 13.04にはopencvが同梱されており、必要な依存関係のほとんどを取り込むのに十分近いです。
Sudo apt-get build-dep libopencv-dev
3。Javaサポートの追加の依存関係
Sudo apt-get install default-jdk ant
4. opencvをコンパイルします
tar xzvf opencv-2.4.6.1.tar.gz
cd opencv-2.4.6.1
mkdir build; cd build
cmake -D CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RELEASE -D CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local -D WITH_TBB=ON ..make
Sudo make install
そこに行きます。
