パッケージリストの再読み込み->翻訳のダウンロード中...に失敗しました

Ubuntu 11.04でSynapticを使用すると、常にlotsの翻訳リポジトリをダウンロードしようとしますが、呼び出しは失敗します。これは、以前のバージョンのUbuntuでは発生しませんでした。これにより、パッケージリストの再読み込みにかなりの時間がかかることがよくあるため、これはかなり面倒です。

Aptitudeでパッケージをリロードする場合も同様です。「失敗」することはありませんが、それぞれについて[IGNORED]を出力します。

私の/etc/apt/sources.listに特別な「翻訳」エントリはありません。
