wineは単なる virtualであるため、インストールするwineのwhich branchを選択する必要があります。 package にインストール候補がないので、aptはそれ自体でインストールするものを選択できません。
ここに示す のように、stableバージョン（winehq-stable）、developmentをインストールできます。バージョン（winehq-devel）またはstagingバージョン（winehq-staging）。
私のシステムではwinehq-stagingでかなり満足していますが、winehq-stableブランチをインストールすることをお勧めします（名前が示すように）wineの「最も安定した」ブランチです。
