MacosでPHP 7.4のPECL拡張機能エラー

PHP 7.4の最新のMac OSにPECL MongoDBとMemcached Extensionsをインストールしようとしています。

これはコンパイラ（clang !?）のバージョンで何かですか？ PHP 7.2でうまく機能します。しかしPHP 7.3と7.4の場合。同じエラーが発生します。
