更新：次の3つのファイルを追加することにより、2つの変数wait_timeoutとmax_allowed_packetをグローバルに正常に変更したようです。

max_allowed_packet=1024M 
wait_timeout=3000000

次に、このコマンドを使用しますSudo service mysql restart
