Ionicを使用し、このアプリのPHP apiバックエンドを持っているアプリ。

Telegram APIメッセージングをこのアプリに統合する必要があります。ユーザーの連絡先を取得して新しいプライベートメッセージを送信できるようにする必要があるため、ボットではなくAPIを使用する必要があります。
