PHP POST Webフォームなしのデータ

Webフォームを使用せずにPOSTデータを送信する方法はありますか？サードパーティの支払いプロセッサを使用しており、手動で支払いを送信するオプションがありますが、データはPOST形式である必要があります。

スクリプトをCRONジョブとして実行する予定であるため、自動化されているため、Webフォーム送信によるユーザー入力はありません。
